@doktormalicDr. Mislav Malić holds a PhD and is a specialist in otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery, holder of the European specialist diploma FEBORL-HNS and recipient of the Dean's Award from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Medicine.
In 2018, he introduced endoscopic ear surgery into clinical practice in Croatia, performing the first such operation in the country. Since then he has performed over a thousand endoscopic ear procedures, with a particular focus on ear surgery and reconstructive facial nerve surgery.
In facial surgery, he has trained extensively in the Deep Plane facelift technique through international courses, hands-on workshops and study visits. He now applies this technique routinely in facial rejuvenation surgery, aiming to reposition deeper facial structures and achieve visible yet natural results.
He regularly shares his expertise as an invited speaker and faculty member at international congresses and professional courses. At Poliklinika Malić he organises training for surgeons from Croatia and Europe.
