Classic SMAS lifting tightens or removes part of the SMAS layer but does not release the retaining ligaments that hold tissue in a descended position. Deep Plane goes a step further — it elevates the SMAS, muscles and fat as a single unit and releases those ligaments, allowing significantly greater mobilisation of the mid-face and neck. The result is more natural and longer-lasting, with a lower risk of skin complications because blood supply is preserved. The procedure can be performed under local or general anaesthesia, and results are long-lasting.

Swelling and bruising are visible for 7–10 days. Sutures are removed after 5–7 days. Return to work (with make-up) is possible after just one week. The final result is visible after 4–6 weeks once all swelling has resolved. Scars are discreet and quickly become invisible in the natural eyelid folds.

Rejuran is a bioregenerative treatment based on polynucleotides (PN) — molecules that stimulate cell renewal and collagen synthesis from within.
